What sort of support will we get if we purchase this package?
We will provide full software and hardware support on all items purchased through us. Additionally, ONELINK will provide support above and beyond what we can provide; specifically with connecting VersaCapture to your existing software and developing custom plug-ins and features to enhance your use of our product.
What can I expect the cost of this to be?
That all depends on what your needs are. We strive to provide our services at a cost that is defrayed by your ROI.
What sort of training will my employees need, how long will this interrupt our business?
Your employees will need minimal training, as they will mostly be using skills they already possess. We will spend a day integrating the package with your office and business process, and then a second day training your employees on the software and hardware (if you purchased an MFP along with your package). The specific training will be determined by the nature of the solution which we integrate.
How does this provide Disaster Recovery?
All your scanned documents and indexing information is constantly backed up to a mirrored hard disk, you will always have a perfect backup of your information that can be easily taken home at the end of the day by simply sliding it out of your Scan Station.
